MAILCHIMP'S BEEN HOLDING YOU BACK FOR AWHILE

It's not your fault your business grew. (Well, actually, it is.) But you deserve an email marketing provider that can grow WITH you, not hold you back.

You started your business with ambition, hustle, and Mailchimp—because it was free, easy, and “good enough.”

It did the job. Until it didn’t.

At first, you were happy to just to send some newsletters.

Then you started getting sales.

Then you wanted to automate.

Then you wanted to personalize.

And that’s when the cracks and frustration started showing.

"MailChimp is so hard to use. I never know where anything is."

Sound familiar?

You’re not alone. I’m an admin for the largest MailChimp Facebook Group in the world, and I see these complaints all the time:

  • “I don’t understand the segment builder.”
  • “The Customer Journey builder is really slow and doesn’t always work with my browser.”
  • “They keep changing pricing.”
  • “Why am I getting charged for people that aren’t subscribed?”
  • “They keep removing features and forcing me to upgrade.”
  • “Why can’t I use ‘X’ from the order details in my emails?”

“It’s like they punish you for growing your business.”

“I wanted to personalize based on behavior. MailChimp just… can’t do it.”

“I was spending hours trying to figure out basic flows. It’s not built for serious automation.”

I DIDN'T SAY IT. THEY DID.

We added an extra $520k in less than a year. MailChimp would just collapse under our sales volume and was completely unusable. I don't think there's much more to say.
We operate an international bike touring business with multiple tours in multiple countries at multiple times with multiple price points. The best we could do with MailChimp was say "thanks for your order." Not only did David handle every part of the transfer on his own, but we can now personalize every email based on every detail of someone's tour booking.
I have a highly customized WooCommerce store. Almost none of the information I needed would end up in MailChimp since I sell "tickets" through a different plugin. David created a custom integration with Klaviyo and now everything just works.
I started on MailChimp because my VA told me to. I didn't realize I couldn't use any automations since I sell my product through Gravity Forms. David transferred me to Klaviyo and built a custom integration so now I can trigger and personalize every email based on peoples' orders.
We tried to migrate ourselves. Lost a bunch of engagement data. Paid for two platforms for a month. 0/10 experience.
I thought we could handle it internally. We couldn’t.
We’ve used Klaviyo for years, it worked great with Magento and even better with Shopify. The flows are very powerful and everything is so easy to use.
I switched to Klaviyo and suddenly had segments updating in real-time. It felt like magic.

Who this is for
(dabblers need not apply)

> $500k annual revenue

Less than that means your sales volume likely won't benefit from my advanced personalization strategies.

< 30% of total revenue comes from email/SMS

There is probably one or more problems with your strategy. Likely caused by MailChimp.

You have less than the 3 essential automations active

80% of email generate revenue comes from the Abandoned Cart, Welcome, and Thank You automations.

What you’re avoiding

Lost contacts and revenue during the transfer

Having to re-learn a new platform from scratch

Rebuilding flows and segments yourself

Stress induced baldness

FAQs

Who do you think you are?

I’m just a certified MailChimp Pro Partner and Klaviyo Silver Partner that has been doing this for over 10 years. I’m also a web developer and certified Zapier Solutions Partner.

If it exists in MailChimp, it will exist in Klaviyo.

Only if you want to (and you probably should). That means cleaning your list of dead, cold contacts that are never going to engage with you again. Not only are you paying for these zombies, but they’re dragging down your deliverability scores. Transferring is a great time to clean them out, and I highly recommend it so that you’re starting your new domain reputation squeaky clean.

Not only can you, but you definitely should in order to keep your domain score healthy. If your emails are not currently hitting the mark with your subscribers, we’ll tackle that too.

Depends. The behind the scenes, under the hood type stuff should only take a week or two, but it also depends on how much customization and integration is needed. If LGS is also handling the list clean-up and domain warm-up for you, it can take 30 to 60 days depending on which package you choose.

If you meet the revenue requirements ( > $500k) and are under the attributed revenue level (30%), we will definitely make you more money.

Can You Put A Price On Happiness?

They say money can't buy it, but this has *GOT* to be close.
